Refund & Return Policy

    • We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

    • To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For Damage and poor-quality product

      • If you receive a defective, damaged, or poor-quality product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.  

      • Replacement products will be delivered within 8-10 days.

      • And if a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

            • Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
