We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For Damage and poor-quality product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or poor-quality product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Replacement products will be delivered within 8-10 days.
- And if a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
